SCHEDULE A SITE EVALUATION 

The site evaluation takes about an hour. We will measure your roof, assess shading, pitch, orientation, and electrical capability to determine the best system size and type that best fits your needs and budget. After we complete the site evaluation to determine how much solar can fit on your roof, we can give you a system quote for both system type so you can make the best decision for you and your family. 

RECEIVE A PROPOSAL

Once you receive and review the proposal, we can set up a meeting or call to discuss it in detail about going solar. We will send you all the necessary paperwork, including the contract to get the ball rolling. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! We’re here to help every step of the way! 

CONTRACT 

The contract is a complete outline of material, installation costs and expectations for a transparent contract experience. As soon as the contract is signed we start the design, parts, and materials ordering process for your project. 

(50% down payment for (Cash) projects)

WE GET BUSY 

After a signed contract, we also start the building and electrical permitting process. As soon as the plan set is complete, we immediately file and pay for applications with your local jurisdiction and utility. (Approvals can take about 4-6 weeks)

ONE STEP CLOSER

Once we have the required permissions to proceed we will contact you two weeks prior to installation and firm up your installation date. We then coordinate with material handlers to finalize delivery. 

MATERIAL DELIVERY 

Material delivery of solar panel, batteries, inverter, racking, and electrical parts may be dropped to project location and temporary stored to allow for quick installation time. 

INSTALLATION

-Installation may takes 1-5 days depending on factors such as weather and size of system.
-We walk through the project to outline equipment placement and safety
-Set up ladders or scaffolding
-We need attic access to all roofs surfaces
-Power may be temporarily shut off when working on electrical panel

INSPECTION

Electrical Inspection

The inspector will need to sign the Certificate of Completion to finalize the net-meter swap. 


Building Inspection

We will request a final building inspection to ensures proper installation methods and authorized equipment. Typically, you do not need to be present. However, we do need access to electrical equipment to show inspectors and sometimes attics.

NET-METER SWAP

We submit the final net-metering paperwork for local utility for them to swap your current meter with a net-meter. Only the net-meter can runs backward and feeds excess power back to the grid to receive electrical credits. 

SYSTEM START UP 

We will walk you through turning on and off the system in person and set-up the monitoring system. 
(final payment is due)

PROJECT
COMPLETION 

Once your system is turned on, we will remotely monitor your system to make sure your investment is running smoothly. We offer a free 5-year workmanship warranty and optional 10 or 20 year extended service warranty. To ensure that your solar investment is taken care of every step of the way!
